1. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the received item and packaging.
Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund (as per your preference).
Note: We do not accept returns for items that have been used, partially consumed, or tampered with.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and sanctity reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used pooja products.
- Prasad, kumkum, sindoor, or edible items.
- Customized or made-to-order spiritual products.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund Process
Once your return or cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, TemplePooja.com will bear the return shipping charges.
In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
